Alex Tart Architects have successfully completed several projects as residential architects in Berkshire. The county has a quintessential charm, with each project’s unique nature providing us with rich design opportunities as Berkshire architects. The practice’s background working on new and existing country homes and estates, means we are well placed to deliver upon our clients aims and ambitions.

Our most recent project in the county was a Grade II Listed property near Kintbury in West Berkshire. The project involved our team managing multiple planning applications, in order to secure the client a scheme that fully achieved their brief whilst maximising their chances of obtaining the crucial planning approvals and listed building consents to allow us to proceed with construction. This nuanced approach was made possible due to the open lines of communication we develop with our clients, ensuring they fully understand the options and processes at all stages of a project.

Each of our clients is unique, requiring a bespoke approach to the design and project guidance to achieve their aims. Our capacity to work in both contemporary and traditional styles allows us to craft design responses to best suit a given scenario, employing the two independently from one another or bringing them together as one to suit our clients.
