Our background in Listed Buildings and conservation areas means we are comfortable undertaking projects involving complex heritage assets.

Project management – We can assist you in selecting the best design team for your specific project. We can recommend consultants and specialists from our network of trusted professionals. Equally we are happy to coordinate and manage your own preferred consultants.

Detailed Design, Tender & Construction Documentation – We can act as the lead designer to prepare and develop the project in technical detail. Working closely alongside other consultants, we will ensure your ambitions have been incorporated into a comprehensive package of tender and construction information.

Contractor Selection – We can assist with the recommendation of suitable contractors, so your scheme can be tendered to guarantee competitive pricing for construction.

Construction management – We can work in close correspondence with the contractor, responding to all on site queries and maintaining the design integrity throughout the construction process.  This includes regular visits to the construction site during the works, to guarantee the quality of finish in your home.


3D Drawings and Sketches – Across all stages of the project we are aware of the of the importance of our clients understanding fully the designs that are being developed.
